£22m Bundesliga Assist King On Liverpool Watchlist
RB Leipzig’s Premier Midfielder Has been Interesting Liverpool Off Late And Could Be Perfect Fit For Klopp’s System
The Premier League has used the Bundesliga as a good supply route for a while now and Liverpool are ready to forward the trend as they continue to scout RB Leipzig’s assist machine, Emil Forsberg for a possible transfer either in January or in the summer transfer window. Forsberg is an excellent individual footballer who has come through the Swedish footballing ranks and even had a stint at Malmo, the same club that produced Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Known to be good on both feet and with the ability to play on either flanks, the most noticeable trait with Forsberg is his comfort on keeping the ball. The 25 year old Swede can play on either flank and boasts off good pace as well as the ability to get between the lines to assist his teammates with regularity. At his age, he is perfectly suited to the Jurgen Klopp style of play and can potentially slot in with minimum fuss.
