Liverpool have noticed the importance of replacing Sadio Mané in the Liverpool attack and reportedly negotiating towards a transfer for Quincy Promes from the Russian league. Promes first caught the fancy of Klopp several months ago with his performances in the domestic league that have seen him emerge as a versatile player who can play across the attack.
Like Sadio Mané, Promes prefers to play from the right but his pace and his presence means that he can play through the center as well. At just 25 years of age he has the potential to play at Liverpool in the gruel of the Premier League. The negotiations are at an advanced stage with Spartak Moscow reportedly wanting at least £3o million for the transfer while Liverpool want to wrap up the deal at £25 million.
